Technical Drawing

They are drawings that contain various criteria that should be applied or understood in the production of a product, how something is done or should be done in terms of its subject. These drawings are important so that the product in question can be understood by 2nd or 3rd parties or that the person who draws it can keep the technical features of the same product reusable later.

3D Modeling

3D modeling software can be divided into three categories according to the modeling mechanism: solid modeling, surface modeling and solid + surface modeling. In CNC engraving, surface modeling is suitable for creating decorative reliefs or parts with many irregularly curved surfaces.

Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering of a device, object or system; It is the process of discovering its structure, function, or working through an inferential reasoning analysis. It includes the separation of parts such as machine or mechanical tool, electronic component, software program and detailed analysis of working principles.

Raw Material Supply

Our field includes cold formed special parts and CNC machined components that use cold forging of steels to produce high strength fasteners and special purpose steels including low carbon medium carbon boron and high carbon alloy steels bearing the appropriate defined chemical compositions.

Contract Manufacturing

The CNC contract manufacturing process is carried out using a machine called a CNC router. This machine is used in cutting and processing operations. These operations are carried out with great precision. Therefore, before the CNC contract manufacturing is done, it is absolutely necessary to check whether the parts to be cut and processed are taken to a sufficient level of precision.

Machining

Machining is a manufacturing method that covers the shaping of the machine element, which has been previously designed and constructed, and whose manufacturing process is determined, by subjecting it to cutting operation by means of specified cutting tools, on machining benches suitable for the manufacturing process. Machining is performed by creating tension on the workpiece with the relative movement of the cutting tool and/or the workpiece relative to each other.
